INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Paint frame with acrylic paint. Allow to dry.

Step 2: Create a stencil from thin chipboard. Using the Cricut machine, Accent Essentials cartridge, and thin chipboard, cut one 1 ½" <Accent27>. Use the frame portion of the cut chipboard shape as a stencil to create random images on the wooden frame with the walnut stain.

Step 3: Cut flourishes. Using the Accent Essentials cartridge and patterned paper, cut two 8 ½" <Accent18> and two 5 ½" <Accent17>. Adhere flourishes to painted frame, trimming off excess where needed.

Step 4: Cut word. Using Plantin SchoolBook cartridge and dark brown cardstock, press Italic feature and cut 1 ½" letters to spell "Family" or other phrase of choice. Adhere letters to frame.

Step 5: Softly brush edges of frame with walnut stain.
